INTRODUCTION TO MINDFULNESS

A two – hour workshop is a great introduction for your company, attendees will learn the 4 basic mindfulness meditations and breathing exercises that they will need to negotiate the most stressful of situations and improve general well-being.

This full day intensive session digs a little deeper into the practice of mindfulness, attendees will learn about reacting through stress, how to restore enthusiasm to everyday tasks as well as learn mediations and breathing exercises to keep in tip top mental health.

8 WEEK COURSE
